Sandbox to test formatting and other features?

There doesn't seem to be a sandbox to play with site such as formatting, deleting, etc. here or on other sites. Could such a sandbox be made to help people experiment?

You can always take a poke around our dev testing site, which is currently located at https://a.dev.codidact.org/. While its main purpose is to serve as a place to test new features and break things, I don't see why it couldn't be used to test out other things. Having more content there of different types also allows us to easier test various edge cases.

So feel free to test things out on the development server, although be aware that someone might test out moderator tools or similar on your post...

It's also worth noting that the dev server might be running experimental code or might be down at times.

Also, when you sign up on the dev server and get the confirmation email, you have to edit the URL from meta.codidact.com to the dev server.
