Why isn't here a chemistry site?Physics cannot cover all the atomic or molecular interactions and I think it would attract new members.

First of all, some of our communities are really inactive. So, we don't want any community which will be inactive. We need more people (mainly we need questioners). According to the post, there's only few people who is interested in Chemistry community. So, we need people. You can show your interest there. Since, a site proposal is already available hence you don't have to propose again.

Physics cannot cover all the atomic or molecular interactions

No one said physics covers them. I repeat, we need people.

When admin thinks there's lot of people to control a community then, they create new one.
