Reacting without signing in error

When you try to vote and are not logged in, you get an error popup with a 403 like this:

403 error

However, when you click "react" under a post without being logged in, it seems to error silently instead - no such error message appears. I think having the error message would be helpful as a reminder in that case as well (so that it doesn't seem like the site is broken).

Even better, don't show the vote triangles or the "react" link if you're not logged in. Then there is no issue of an error message.

I was thinking the same but since we are showing upvote and downvote than we should show that either (that's our wish). Sometimes, no CD user might confuse how we had react to post.
