Please make dashboard button/link easier to access

Until reading this thread I did not know that the dashboard even exists. It took me a little bit to find it, so there is a chance it might be hard to find for other users as well.

The upper communities list content is rather strange because its actions are not put together: Sign Out is put next to the Communities title while the Dashboard button/link sits at the end (never scrolled down until I really wanted to find the dashboard link).

One better place to put it IMO would be next to the Notifications and Mobile Sign-in as an icon with a tooltip.

Or maybe add "all communities" (the dashboard link) at the top of the communities list, and maybe also move "sign out" somewhere else.

We moved the dashboard link to the header with commit c10970d, however for various reasons this only was deployed a day or two ago.

Sorry for the wait!
