No escape from reactions dialogue box

I clicked on "react" on an answer on Codidact Meta and found that the only available reaction is "Outdated", which I don't want to use. There doesn't appear to be any way to close the dialogue box without adding a reaction, other than refreshing the page. There is no obvious close button and clicking on other parts of the page leaves the box open. Pressing escape also leaves the box open.

How to close the react box

You close the "react" box by clicking again on "react". This maps to how other UI elements work in QPixel.

Canina‭ That seems so logical now that you mention the other elements. I've been doing that for menus but it didn't occur to me that dialogue boxes would work the same way. Thanks for explaining!

trichoplax‭ For what it's worth, I think this could be made clearer in the UI in general, so this still has merit as a suggestion for a change, but I'm glad I was able to help you with your immediate problem. :-)
