This question has been addressed elsewhere. See: How do I suggest edits to the tag wiki?

This question was closed; new answers can no longer be added. Users with the reopen privilege may vote to reopen this question if it has been improved or closed incorrectly.

On all sites on the user abilities page for editing tag info, it says you need x% of accepted edits and y number of edits on tag wikis and tag usage guidance even though you currently can't suggest edits to tag info. It should be changed to be more general edits or specifically post edits until you can suggest edits to tag info.

I realize that this is a bug report and the other question is a support request, but the result of the support request was acknowledging the bug, so I went ahead and marked it as a dupe so that when it gets fixed there'll be one place to update, not two.
