Should be allowed to vote on answer to own question
I wrote a question on a site I hadn't been to before, and got an answer. I tried to upvote the answer, but was shown:  I only have 1 rep (should start at 0, but that's another matter), so I can understand why I wouldn't be allowed to vote all over the place. However, voting on an answer to a question I asked seems like it should always be allowed, or at least upvoting.
