Answer license defaults to site default, not category default
I just noticed when posting a [fourth writing challenge](https://writing.codidact.com/questions/277033) that the answer license there defaults to CC BY-SA 4.0. That's the site default license. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but the default license for the [Writing Challenges category](https://writing.codidact.com/categories/20) is CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. It seems to me that **answers should default to the category default license.**
