I just found [a post](https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279648) that has a suggested edit pending in it:- >

- I would say: either show the suggested edit, or do not show anything (for example, just disabling the _edit_ button). The current text _suggested edit pending..._ being clickable produces a frustrating user experience to those who cannot see it.

Should users without the ability to review suggested edits see the 'suggested edit pending...' text if they cannot see the diff?
