Broken link on abilities page.
On the [abilities page](https://meta.codidact.com/help/abilities), I noticed that there is one broken link that leads to a 404 error.

It's the [edit tags ability](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/edit_tagd). Here is the link markdown: `https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/edit_tagd`.

I tried removing the `d` at the end of the link, but it didn't work. All the other links work fine and lead to the right privileges.

Has this feature not been implemented yet? If so, I think it should lead to a page that says something like:

> This feature has not been implemented yet. It is still a work in process.

Broken links are just confusing IMO.
