What does "post positive reception" mean in the context of abilities?
There is reference to "positive reception rate" for posts in the discussion on how to earn some abilities, for example the [Vote on Holds ability](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/flag_close). **What exactly does "positive reception" mean in this context?** Does it, for example, mean any upvotes? More upvotes than downvotes? No downvotes? Greater than some specific number of upvotes? A [post score](https://meta.codidact.com/help/scoring) above some specific threshold? Or what?
