Can we have description of tags when we hover over / click them?
With the re-tagging of the site proposal, new tags were introduced. I didn't know the meaning of those, so I hovered over them to see a short description just as I was / am used to doing in the Stack Exchange network, just to notice that this doesn't exist here yet. Can we have short descriptions of tags when you hover over them / or click on them? (For the second suggestion, I want to stay on the same site and not be redirected to the specific tag's site.)
