A community should have the ability to reject a specific ad. This can be very useful in case the ad offends its sensibilities. An example might be an ad on Christianity for a Judaism question that calls Christians "idolators".

I don't think this will come up often and thus don't think this feature should be a big priority, but it'd be nice to have.
