Comment link from activity page uses both answer and comment id in link

After commenting on an answer, the "more" link to the comment from the activity page on the user profile uses both the answer id and the comment id. For example, this link:

The above link doesn't scroll to the comment like it should since the link has two hashtags. Having just the comment id or the answer id works though.
