Cannot start new comment thread on the dev server

I tried creating new comment threads here and here, but I was met by this message: 422 unprocessable

Now, I can totally understand that everyone feels down from time to time, but I would like to know why the server's sulking, and when it could stop sulking. Perhaps it would like some ice cream?

P.S. I haven't tested this on other sites, because I don't know if I can delete a test comment thread after making one. And I can't test whether or not I can delete a thread on the dev server because I can't make one.
