- The user profile page right-hand column has an *Earned Abilities* block, which has an *Abilities* link at the bottom.
- When logged in, that link takes the user to their own abilities summary at `/abilities`, *regardless* of which profile was being viewed. That's perhaps somewhat unexpected (I would expect following a link from someone's profile to give further information relating to the user whose profile I was viewing), but at least it's not broken.
- When logged out, however, clicking the same link leads to a *Not Found* error.
Should the link perhaps instead point at the generic abilities summary at `/help/abilities`?
