I won't call it a bug. I will say it is status-bydesign. I saw in Math Stack Exchange that there's could lot of related problems. But, suppose you had closed a question as duplicate of question A....

I won't call it **bug**. I will say it is **status-bydesign**.I saw in Math SE that there's could lot of related problems. But, suppose you had closed a question as duplicate of question A. But, question B clarifies more than question A. So, in current question we should close that as duplicate of question A and question B.Usually, some questions can confusing cause, user A might say that question A is off-topic (and, a moderator is thinking the same) but, user B might say,"No! It is not off-topic and, I have found a question which is related to the question" (So, moderator can re-think again. If discussion is required than they would talk to some moderators). Then, flag as duplicate.
