Can't edit comment title. [duplicate]

I wrote a comment and forgot to give it a title (It doesn't help that the title is entered below the comment, but that's another issue). The title shown is then just the start of the comment, which looks ugly. When I went to fix that, I couldn't find a way to edit the title, only the body of the comment.

If the title originated from or with a particular comment, then editing that comment should also allow editing of the title.
