Clicking on notification item makes that unread and, increase item count number

In notification, click on mark as unread. Then, mark all as read. Then, click on that notification. Until you move to that page your notification popup icon(inbox-count) will show 0. When you visited that page then, it will show 1. But, when you mark all as read and clicked on js-notification it shouldn't make inbox-count 1 or 0 again (It should be forever mark as read until you click on mark unread).
