This question has been addressed elsewhere. See: Unique favicons for each site

Somewhere Else has its fair share of favicons on sites. A default bubble with letters for sites without logos, or one with illustrations in it, and the site's logo.

We could probably do something similar for Codidact. Since all sites seem to have logos, perhaps we could ask site-by-site on what favicon the community would like to use on their site. In chat (Discord), custom emojis show specific logos of certain sites, which, in my opinion, would fit really well as favicons.

Logos

I'm sure you recognize Meta CD, the site you're on now. So if we're all okay with the idea that we ask the community on each site, we'll also let them choose what they'd want. They can stick to the default Codidact logo, or change the favicon for something to match the logo. This kind of thing might also happen with custom names, but let's see how this goes.

How do you feel about custom favicons on Codidact? Any ideas?
