On clicking "edit", the initial comment character count is incorrectly displayed as "0 / 255"
When clicking "edit" for a comment, the character count is initially shown as "0 / 255", with apparent disregard for the length of the comment. Making a change, the actual character count is updated correctly and the maximum character count is changed to reflect the 1000 characters maximum for a comment.
