Q&A Where should we discuss about unhelpful tags?

I have recently seen some tags. a and Ask.. That should ask not Ask since all tags are in lower chars. And mod should delete the a tag. I know that we won't allow every people to create tags. But ...

Where should we discuss about unhelpful tags?
I have recently seen some tags. <span class="badge is-tag">a</span> and <span class="badge is-tag">Ask</span>.. That should `ask` not `Ask` since all tags are in lower chars. And mod should delete the `a` tag. 

I know that we won't allow every people to create tags. But what about now? There's "lot" of unhelpful tags. Instead of writing multiple posts I think we could discuss in somewhere. If so, than where should we?
