Where should we discuss about unhelpful tags?

I have recently seen some tags. a and Ask.. That should ask not Ask since all tags are in lower chars. And mod should delete the a tag.

I know that we won't allow every people to create tags. But what about now? There's "lot" of unhelpful tags. Instead of writing multiple posts I think we could discuss in somewhere. If so, than where should we?

Tag usage and existence seems to be a meta issue, so discussing them on Meta seems like the natural place. If you can combine some of these discussions in a single question and find common patterns, that's good, but otherwise ask as many questions as needed.

As a side note: after the issue has been dealt with, the relevance of these questions (but also others like bug reports or discussions of specific questions, ...) for keeping them around might be low. It might be good to clean up Meta of content dealing with outdated, now irrelevant issues at some point.
