Allow all Markdown in threaded comments
Markdown is available in threaded comments, but not fully, for example, headings (#`#`) aren't allowed. I don't find a reason to such a limitation; it's better off to have well formatted comments for better communication (more order, more clarity, less bias in general, etc.) than not; I also think it is implausible to expect from any user to cherish the limitations; if there is no security problem, I suggest to just allow it.
