  • I suggest to put the title field above the body in comment threads.
  • The commenting box is already a bit frustrating to use, as opined by some community members including myself; title under body may be nice for posts, but I don't find justification for it when creating a threaded comment, which by design should be shorter and swifter to create altogether.

  • If it wasn't clear, I mean to the "Comment thread title" appearing when creating a new comment thread, described in this image:

  • Put the title field above the body in comment threads
  • I suggest to request community members to put a title for a comment thread **above** the body, not under it.

  • I like the idea of "Summarize your post with a title:" under the post body but I think that this approach is plain wrong for comment threads.
  • The commenting box is already quite uneasy to use, as opined by some community member already and there are attempts to make it easier and more accessible.

Request community members to put a title for a comment thread above the body
I like the idea of "Summarize your post with a title:" but I think that this approach is plain wrong for comment threads.

The commenting box is already quite uneasy to use, as opined by some community member already and there are attempts to make it easier and more accessible.

I suggest to request community members to put a title for a comment thread **above** the body, not under it.
