If a tag search yields exactly one exact match for a tag, go directly to that tag's page

When using the search feature in the *Tags* part of each category, if one searches for something that is an exact match for just one single tag, the page returned lists just that one tag. To get to the list of posts, clicking through to the exact tag is needed.

This is reasonable when multiple tags match the search, such as is, for example, the case when searching for the tag name [comments](https://meta.codidact.com/categories/3/tags?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=comments) (which matches both "comments" and "editing-comments"). It seems an unnecessary extra step when only a single match is found, as is the case for example with [announcement](https://meta.codidact.com/categories/3/tags?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=announcement) (at the time of writing; the specifics of the examples may of course change in the future).

**I propose that,** if a tag search yields exactly one hit which is an exact match for the search term (that is, *both* criteria must be met), then the search should take the user directly to the specific tag page which also lists the questions for that tag without requiring that the user clicks through in the list of the one exact matching tag name.

So, for example:

 * starting at [Codidact Meta Q&A](https://meta.codidact.com/categories/3)
 * clicking on "Tags" in the Posts/Tags/Edits triad
 * typing "announcement" into the "Search" field
 * clicking the search button
 * *should* result in the user being taken directly to the [announcement tag page](https://meta.codidact.com/categories/3/tags/3247)

Searching instead for "nnouncement" should take the user to the list of matching tags (as it currently does) because the search "nnouncement" is not an exact match for the only matching tag named "announcement".
