Making explicit that there are no options with the t shortcut from the questions list page

+0
−0

On a specific question page, the t shortcut brings up a list of options for the question or one of its answers (depending on which is currently selected):

Options after pressint t

On the questions list page, the t shortcut selects the first question if one is not already selected, but does not offer any options. It makes sense that most of the options shown above would not be available on the questions list page (the mouse interface also does not offer the option to take these options from the questions list page). Would it be helpful to communicate this to the user?

If some of the options (maybe "Get permalink") make sense from the questions list page, could they be added as new keyboard shortcuts?

If none of them make sense from the questions list page, could there be a similar keyboard shortcuts options box displayed that tells the user that there are no options available, and maybe that the tools are only available from a specific question page?

If any change is made, is it worth looking at the very minor indentation alignment issue at the same time?
