Add suggestion of network preference

On the [dashboard](https://meta.codidact.com/dashboard) there are indicators for each Category of each community, that appear when there is new activity in that Category.- 
Would it be helpful to also show the reputation for each community, with a similar indicator on the reputation if it has changed?

- I know that people have different opinions about reputation, so some people might want it to be more or less visible.
- Could this be a network preference? So each user can choose whether the dashboard shows reputation at all, and also choose whether the reputation has a change indicator.
