Should we have category specific reactions?

Reaction types can currently be switched on and off for a community (by a moderator) so different communities can have different reactions (including custom reactions).

However, each reaction that is active is available across all categories in that community, even if it does not make sense for some categories. Would it be useful to be able to switch reactions on and off per category?
