No datetime on hover at the bottom of a suggested edit
In the Suggested Edits list page, the time suggested shows as a duration since suggested, such as "2 days ago", but hovering the mouse cursor over it displays the exact datetime:  However, in the individual Review Suggested Edit page, the time suggested shows at the end of the suggested edit, but shows nothing on hover:  Would it be worth centralising the method of displaying dates like this, so that it's less likely we'll forget the hover text in some places?
