Missing translation for English for suggested edits rate limit

I'm guessing that the following message means that I have been rate limited for suggested edits, but this error is showing instead of the intended message:

I received this after pressing save on a suggested edit. The rate limit is correct (I had made a large number of small suggested edits in a short time), so this is just to raise that the error message is not the correct one.
