Confusing row highlighting on abilities page

On the Abilities page clicking on the name of an ability takes you to the specific ability page. However, clicking on the row of the table anywhere other than the name of the ability just highlights the row in grey, rather than taking you to the specific ability page:

I would expect clicking elsewhere in the row to either do nothing, or take you to the specific ability page. Highlighting the row seems confusing as it suggests there is an action that can be taken with the row, but there is not.
