Hover text on sorting buttons not available on mobile

The sorting buttons at the top of a category's post list have title text which appears on hovering with a mouse, but this is not available on mobile devices.

"Activity", "Age", and "Score" are reasonably intuitive names, so a mobile user could still guess at their meaning, but "Native" would be meaningless to a new user unfamiliar with the fact that we have some imported content.

How can we show this additional information in a way that does not require a mouse/trackpad? Should the title text for just the selected sort show on the next line down? Should this be for all devices or only on mobile?
