Indication that I have flagged a post
When I flag a post for moderator attention, an acknowledgement message appears, but if I revisit the post later there is no indication that I have flagged it. I would find it useful to have an indication, in case I see the post later and don't remember whether I already got around to flagging it.
At the minimum, this could just be a message saying "you flagged this". Would it also be useful to see the wording of the flag (perhaps with an option to hide this for cases where I am showing my screen to others)?
Would it also be helpful to see the outcome of a flag (only for my own flags)?

You can find all the flags you've raised, their text, current status, and moderator response. Click on your profile in the top right corner. Then in the lower right of that you'll see "Flags raised" with a count. Click on the count.
When you start to flag a post that you have active flags on already, you now see something like this:
