Post owner should always be able to approve or reject edits

Apparently the owner of a post cannot approve a pending suggested edit on that post.

I'm not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request, but either way, I propose that the post owner should always be able to approve or reject a proposed edit to their post (of any type) because, frankly, did that proposed edit not exist, the post owner could just make the exact same edit anyway (or an undoing edit after approval) without any requirement for approval by anyone.

This is a bug in the front end (fix is under review now), but despite the incorrectly-shown message, you can in fact approve edits to your own posts. The buttons are active and they work. We're sorry for the misleading message; it should be fixed soon.
