It depends what you mean by "business".

Questions about the process of developing software, or "life cycle management", are on topic for Software. However, we'd want them to be from the perspective of a team lead, rather than a manager. So, not e.g. questions about the psychology of getting software developers to perform well.

For anything else I can think of, you would need to propose a new site first. There is an active proposal for a Finance site, which could presumably cover questions about budgeting that come up in the course of managing a software development team (although such questions would really have nothing to do with the fact that the team is developing software!) - and also questions about using (but not developing!) software for business accounting. I expect there would be little interest in a proposal for a Law site, because of the standard issues with "legal advice" on the Internet. I could imagine a dedicated Business, or perhaps "Workplace" (as it's known Somewhere Else) site.
