Terms of Service: “otherwise objectionable” problematic

I find this part, pun intended, objectionable: for example, should I post “I like vi” (which is not actually true but a well-known example), an Emacs user could find that objectionable, and thus it would be a ToS violation.

Having read the CoC as well, I tend to think it sufficient to cover what this part of the ToS is meant to and this part of the ToS should be removed.
