Show password on sign-in

There's currently not a method to show the password that's being typed into the password field when signing in, as there are just the common dots being displayed instead.

Suggested functionality

Default to displaying dots. Add a new button inside the password field, located in the rightmost area.

  • A single click toggles between revealing the password, and displaying dots
  • A long click reveals the password until the press is let go of. It then reverts to dots.

Fallback/workaround

  • There are possibly browser shortcuts or extensions that add this functionality to any password field on every website.

  • Write it down in a simple text file first, then copy and paste it to the browser

  • Write it into the password manager (either the browser's, OS's, or a third-party application) first, then use auto-fill afterwards.
