Hot Posts not collapsed even with the preference ticked
In the user page there is a Preferences tab, which includes a checkbox for: > **Collapse hot posts** Collapse the Hot Posts widget in the sidebar by default. However, the Hot Posts widget is expanded regardless of whether this checkbox is ticked. In addition to this bug, I also raised a separate feature request for [Persistent Hot Posts state](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/296237), which if implemented might render this checkbox redundant.
