Question Why does searching with answers:0 still show ANSWERED questions?
>This is particularly helpful to find unanswered questions: `answers:0`. I pine to see merely the UNanswered questions on Math Main. But see below.

Question How can I curb my search to the Main site, not Meta?
If https://math.codidact.com/help/search does not explain this, please edit it to. To wit, I am pining to see merely search results from the Main. Here if you search on a main site, the search engine shows results from Meta too — unlike Stack Exchange.

Question Why can't I comment on someone else's post?
I am hankering to comment to this answer, to ask Olin Lathrop if his Lenovo is a ThinkPad. But then this error popped up. But I am not a new user???

Question How can I see a list of all my deleted questions?
Particularly when I didn't delete these questions that were deleted by other users or moderators? I hanker to see, here on Codidact, all my questions deleted here on Codidact. I don't want to visit other websites to recollect my deleted questions.

Answer A: How to grow all of our communities?
See my other suggestions. Here's one more. Galvanize, hearten, spur and goad questions that quote from popular books! Like most people, I stumbled on Stack Exchange and Codidact after Googling the exact text in a popular textbook, that I didn't grok! Many readers will Google the exact text — ...

Question Response to Monica Cellio's cross posts — "How can we grow this community"?
Hi Monica! You cross posted the same question on many Meta's? Or just post here? Anyhow I don't know where answer. Here I respond your crucial questions now. >My question to you is: where do we find those people? My other post "How can I decorously promote Codidact on Reddit?" answers th...

Question How can I decorously promote Codidact on Reddit?
I've stumbled upon links to Codidact questions on answers on SOME subreddits, but 1. because Codidact is still little known and unsung, Redditors balk at clicking links to Codidact. 1. OR other subreddits forbid links to Codidact, or regard them as spam. Indubitably Codidact's an admirable...

Question Permanently delete duplicated questions and answers?
I accidentally posted my neighbor's answer to my same question twice. Obviously, it's irksome and wasteful to see the two duplicated answers! How can such duplications be lastingly forever removed?

Question Can I still comment, without clicking more than twice?
Until June 2021, commenting here requires you to click merely twice. I click on the link to "Add a comment", type my comment, then click the "Add a comment" button. This is exactly like how you comment on Stack Exchange questions. Is this still possible? Comment threads appear less straightforward...

Question How can I effortlessly spawn new, unused URLs to the same question on Codidact?
I'd like to submit links to unanswered Codidact questions, to Reddit, in order to try to get them answered and popularize Codidact. Although some SubReddits forbid submitting a link already published to any subreddit in the past — to fight spam — the snag is that on many SubReddits, my submitted l...

Question Military History and Science, Firearms and Weapons
I'm proposing the equivalent of r/warcollege, r/credibledefense, and Stack Exchange's proposal for Firearms that never materialized.

Question Law (NOT legal advice)
This doesn't duplicate Legal advice, because I rule out Legal Advice for this new proposal and ArtOfCode told me, "create a new proposal post". SE has Law SE. Reddit has many Law communities, like https://old.reddit.com/r/asklawyers, https://old.reddit.com/r/auslaw, https://old....

Question Movies, TV, Drama
Why not launch an equivalent of https://movies.stackexchange.com/? Here are some sample questions. Why not pilfer and use the 2 technicals, 1 with a rocket launcher and 1 with a machine gun? Black Hawk Down (2001) uses the term technical). Is https://youtu.be/CLN3xtFwJ78 realistic? Most of th...

Question Why don't we launch one site at first that combines Accounting, Economics, Finance?
Why don't we commence with one website that encompasses Accounting, Economics, Finance? These were proposed respectively 7, 9, 6 months ago, but nothing launched. We can split off each subject in the future, once this website gets underway.

Why delete my 3 test questions below? I added some more below. DonielF listed test questions, so did pnuts. Here are some questions I have that I'm itching to post. 1. What are the differences between OBS' 4 encoders? I never used OBS before. I'm computer illiterate. I need OBS because...

Answer A: Chemistry Proposal
Here are just two of my questions. 1. Ought you sanitize paper money notes with isopropyl alcohol? Firstly, I don't know if Canadian and British bank notes are paper or plastic. Secondly, nobody here recommended soaking bank notes in propan-2-ol. Did they just overlook it? Or can propan-2-o...

StackExchange has a Law community. But I want to include legal advice too, like https://old.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/, https://old.reddit.com/r/legaladvicecanada, https://old.reddit.com/r/AusLegal, https://old.reddit.com/r/LegalAdviceUK, https://old.reddit.com/r/legaladviceireland, https://old.reddit...

Question Do I need to conceal or blur brand names?
S.E. has wrongfully deleted questions and/or suspended people for posting pictures with brand names, because by default they think all brand names are advertising and spam. I confirm I don't work for and have no relation with Acebeam or Imalent. Brand names can be relevant, if others need (to loo...

Question Let questioners mark a question as answered (NOT like Stack Exchange's accept)?
I'm not referring to accepting just one answer like on Stack Exchange because your question can receive > 1 answer and each answer solves your question synergistically. No one answer solves your question, but each of them contributes to answering your question. This doesn't duplicate https://meta...

Answer A: A newbie friendly and non-judgmental site focusing on Q&A related to Cloud technologies
Can staff please review https://software.codidact.com/posts/280223#comment-8576? Can you please revoke the warning letter that I received from the mods at Software Development? I was relying on Monica's answer here >Questions about cloud technologies are on-topic on Software Development, which ...

Question Add colors for font on all websites?
Here are five reasons for coloring text. 1. If you're quoting a long text that already uses bolds and italics, then all formatting tools have been exhausted. You can't highlight something. 2. Bolding it doesn't even resemble the same effect. The green is clearly meant to draw the eye towards "...

Question Enlarge font size for number of answers?
If a question already has 10 answers, less chance I can add anything new. Some people may like to focus on unanswered questions. Let's distinguish between what's relevant and irrelevant with text size. The number of answers must be indicated bigger like S.E. It can't have the size as less relev...

Question Streamline the top? Move Meta to the top row?
Please see point 1 below. The top of S.E. is much sprucer — just the logo. But Codidact has two additional rows — at least merge these rows? Moshi retorted >#1 The first row is categories, which SE doesn't have. Merging the two rows wouldn't be a good idea since it'd make it more confusing, imo...

Answer A: How can we make Codidact more friendly for askers?
I'll try not to repeat what's already written here. 1. Codidact just feels too cluttered compared to S.E. — see https://meta.codidact.com/posts/280464. I think Codidact can gain from appearing more S.E. Then people won't have to get used to two different layouts. 2. Codidact doesn't offer com...

Question One site for Aesthetics, Art History and Theory
One way to beat S.E. is to create communities they don't have. Reddit has https://old.reddit.com/r/aesthetics/, https://old.reddit.com/r/ArtHistory/, https://old.reddit.com/r/arttheory/. One way to beat S.E. is to create communities they don't have. Codidact can get more popular if we improve on https://old.reddit.com/r/changemyview/, which has 1.2M subscribers as at today.
