Well, in principle you do. Or you could. I'm pretty sure it's possible for DOM objects to trigger some kind of event when they come into view. And if not that - the scroll action can trigger an event, which, using the new position or relative position can tell you what's in view and what isn't. C... (more) |

Why are we agreeing, in the ToS, not to "post content that is ... objectionable"? We should definitely be able to post content that is objectionable. May people object to many things I say - including on SX by the way - for all sorts of reasons; I should still be allowed to post it.

Let notifications become "read" more easily Behavior change request: When I'm notified about some change to a page (comment, answer, edit etc.), and I either: Click on the link in the notification, or Otherwise come to visit that page, with the relevant change coming into view I expect that notification to become read.
