Answer A: Edit activity show, but not allowed to approve
Even if you can't approve them, you might still be interested in the content of the suggested edits. Why remove the ability to see them?

Answer A: Main and subheadings are almost the same size, but not in the edit preview
If you reduce the font size of h2 to 23px, it looks like this: Heading with font size of heading 2 reduced to 23px I think that looks nice; also that way the sizes of the headings approximately form a geometric progression, that is, each font is approximately by the same factor larger than the ...

Answer A: Why does searching with answers:0 still show ANSWERED questions?
By default the search also finds answers, and since there are no answers attached to those (you cannot answer an answer, after all), it shows them as well. To get rid of them, specifically ask for questions by adding `posttype:1` to the search. Having said that, maybe it would be a good idea if...

Answer A: Incubator (takes all questions that aren't on-topic anywhere else) community
I like the idea of a catch-all site. However there is a risk of the site gathering low-quality questions. The site should be a catch-all for topics, not a catch-all for quality. However without a specific topic, it's hard to create clear quality guidelines. But especially with an open-topic site I...

Answer A: Should we modify the default (front) page for anonymous visitors?
Maybe the ordering of the default tab should be more sophisticated, both for logged-out and logged-in users, new or otherwise. The "Activity" tab would then not be the default one, and the default one could e.g. be called "Interesting". It would be ordered by an interest score that should take into a...

Question Show time tooltip for last edit as well
When I move the mouse over the “posted … ago” text below a post, I get a tooltip with the actual posting time. However if I do the same on the last edited field (the one with the pencil at front), I don't. This is also confirmed on inspecting the HTML, where the “posted” field has a title attribute w...

Answer A: How to deal with reactor if the reactor is no more or he thinks the post is still bad?
Maybe reactions on earlier versions to the post should be marked as such, with a way to see the version they referred to. Also, maybe it is a good idea to have for each reaction also the opposite reaction, so that people can counter a bad reaction with a good reaction. If two people considered the...

Answer A: Should we be able to tag answers?
This should probably be per-community configurable. Since even on Code Golf, not all tags are meaningful on answers, one might say that only tags derived from question tags are allowed, but a site can define “category implied tags” that cannot actually be used, but are treated as if they were used on...

Question Keyboard shortcut for image upload prevents me from entering Unicode characters by number
When posting my last question here, I noticed that I can't directly input Unicode characters in the text box due to a keyboard shortcut. For many Linux application (in particular, the web browsers), the way to directly input Unicode characters whose code you know is to press Ctrl-Shift-U followed ...

Question Saving post after ALT text warning still treats the draft as unsaved
This is about a bug I've encountered a few days ago when I wrote an answer to the new design question, and which I had not yet gotten around to report. The bug ultimately led me to double-post my answer. Here's what happened: In my post, I included an image, but forgot to add an ALT text. When ...

Answer A: Taking our design to the next level: feedback wanted
Another observation: In the new design, the search bar is on the side, which automatically makes it shorter. Which IMHO is unfortunate. Shorter search bars make it harder to do non-trivial searches. If you go to SE, you'll see that the majority of the top bar is occupied by the search bar. The ...

Answer A: Taking our design to the next level: feedback wanted
I definitely do not appreciate the bigger fonts. This makes much less content displayed at the same time, which is bad especially on overview pages. At the current design, two-line titles are the exception. At the new design, they are more like the norm. Also, I don't like the titles to be in bol...

Question Should HTML entities be supported in titles?
I just noticed that HTML entities (such as ℵ for ℵ or — for —) seem not to be supported in titles. Should they be? Clarification: I'm not asking for general HTML support in titles, just of HTML entities. Note that entities cannot encode anything that you won't...

Question Show question when editing answer.
When editing an answer, there's sometimes reason to look at the question again (I just had such a case). Therefore I think it would be a good idea if the question would be shown on the page where you edit your answer, so the edit of the answer can be checked against it. The page should still be po...

Answer A: Should there be a community here for Linux users?
Scope proposal The new site should cover everything specifically Unix or Unix-like, covering all aspects. It should however not cover topics that are independent of Unix, or only marginally related to it. In particular: On-topic Everything that could in principle be answered purely fro...

Question Order of categories in top bar and categories page differs
I think it would be a good idea if the categories page would list the categories in the same order as the bar on the top. Currently it apparently lists them alphabetically, which makes the Blog category appear first instead of last.

Question Add keyboard shortcuts to navigate between pages of multipage lists
It would be nice if on pages with several subpages (like the posts page, with the previous/next and page number bar on the bottom), there would be a shortcut to go to the previous/next page in the list. I suggest the keys h and l for this (as they are what vi uses, and the j/k seems to also mimic ...

Question Shortcuts for individual categories don't seem to work
After discovering keyboard shortcuts, I noticed a problem: The keyboard shortcuts for going to individual categories (like g c 1) don't do anything for me. Note that the shortcut for the category page (g c c) works fine, and so do the shortcuts for the category specific tags (like g t 1), so it...
