Editing existing comment is by selecting the function, making the amends, then hitting 'Post'. Having the same label in both those buttons prompts an awkard 'did I hit the correct function?' moment. This is u... (more) |

@Moshi @53196 Nah, I was wrong and you are right. I just thought https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/commit/e4ac29bf4df9554956910611df9dc5c0416ec7ae was going to disrupt posts except where newly posted or edit. But this is looking odd, IDK if what's happening is that the changes it introduces are shad... (more) |

A: Cancelling a comment. Now there is a comment cancellation pull request. The software is, for part of the stuff you could want, very easy to handle. I would totally recommend everyone suggesting their own changes. (more) |

Question | — |
Allow licence change when there's only one contributor I wrote a post without realizing I was using the default licence CC BY-SA instead of the licence I wanted to use (CC0). I wanted to amend my mistake; I wasn't able to. Other similar (but closed source) Q&A platforms allow for flash edit. I need licence flash edits! (more) |

Question | — |
General discussion on making votes public Make vote secrecy a per-community choice, because some communities might prefer voting transparency over voting privacy. Side-question. Why voting is secret in other Q&A platforms? Origins in the Community Server (direct link to conversation), raw transcript follows (but expect format incon... (more) |
