The change of Wilson score would also be useful (two upvotes and one downvote have a very different effect depending on how many votes are already there).

I can understand having the change in Wilson score per question, in the expanded list of changes for a particular day, but I don't know how that would be summarised in the daily totals. I'm not sure summing the Wilson score difference per question would give a meaningful daily total change.

That would be useful, yes.

The Wilson score is not linear, so one would need to know the actual scores of the questions and if they change later, also the change in Wilson score would change (or not)? It depends if the order of the votes on a post matter (they don't for the Wilson score). I would just display the up/downvotes and see it as a proxy. If the number of upvotes is significantly larger than the number of downvotes, people probably make something right.
