I like the idea of being able to choose between searching tag names and tags descriptions/wikis.

Note that the current tag search is restricted to the current category of the current community, so not "network-wide" in the sense of searching across all categories of all Codidact communities. For example, the link provided goes to a search for tags in the Q&A category of Codidact Meta. It won't find tags in any other community (including their specific Meta categories), only here on main Meta.

I've just thought - maybe you meant you want this feature for every tag search page, for every community in the network? If so I think that's probably understood without saying "network-wide" - the post doesn't mention a specific community.

trichoplax‭ I meant that the feature should be enabled network-wide. Tag search should be per category and/or community. Tag searching across different communities probably got limited use - unless perhaps we enable a feature to copy tags between communities. Lets say for example that we start up a new community for some specific Linux distro - that one will most likely benefit from copying a lot of tags from the main Linux systems community, rather than re-inventing the wheel.
