On answers, the "last activity" notice tells the time when the answer was edited and the user who edited it. For example, https://meta.codidact.com/posts/278908/history correctly states who edited the post last and when.

However, for questions, this is not the case. It shows the same last activity as in the feed, which could have been activity on an answer to the question. For example, https://meta.codidact.com/posts/278967/history shows (as of the time of writing) "last activity 2 days ago by Monica Cellio‭" while the latest edit to the post itself was by me, 5 days ago.
