How to refer members of community B to a question in community A which suits both communities?

I have asked this question in in CD LL; although it is about linguistics, it also significantly deals with software development (databases organization).

If I would just link to it from a session in either CD SD or CD SD Meta, that would be somewhat weird; how could I still bring that question to the attention of the programmers frequently using CD SD?

I can't see why that needs Software Developers attention. it also significantly deals with software development (databases organization). i Don't think so.

I agree with a comment above. This Q doesn't not fit SD community at all
