Allow OP to self-close questions
After I asked a question, it was pointed out in the comments that it may possibly be a duplicate of another question. I was inclined to agree and wanted to close it. However, the only option I see is to delete the question, which in my humble understanding should not be done in such a situation.

- Am I wrong? Should I have deleted it?
- Should we have an option for the OP to self-close their own question?
