We had a still-undiagnosed problem involving (waves hands vaguely, sorry) involving DNS records and/or Cloudflare for our .org subdomains, including collab. We were able to correct the problem fairly quickly, but it took a while for the change to propagate. We are still investigating the root cause (we had not changed any configuration recently). I haven't talked yet today with the people who know how this stuff works, so we might have a better update than this stub answer soon. Either that, or maybe a question for the new webmasters proposal...
