Images fail to load when previewed or saved
While drafting or editing a post images do not show in the rendered post preview. Instead the alt text is displayed:
(For me this now shows correctly as an image, so it looks like this is fixed. Testing with a new draft post also works correctly.)
This has only happened recently. I suspected it was since the default alt text was changed from "Image alt text" to "Image_alt_text", but even after typing over the default with some meaningful alt text the image still does not show in the preview, so I don't think the alt text change is related.
After saving the post, the image also does not show in the saved post - instead showing the alt text.
Old posts still show old images correctly, and editing them shows those images in the preview, but adding a new image shows only the alt text.

We've just done a migration on the backend of where the images are being hosted (moving from old infrastructure to the dedicated Codidact infrastructure). This should just be a caching issue for now; if it lasts much longer, I'll poke the relevant people with sharp sticks.
Should be fixed now - the arcanities of nginx, ActiveStorage, and AWS conspired against us on this migration, but they've now each been shown a roll of duct tape and told firmly to keep themselves in line.
